Includes Sunringle 26" rim, ratcheting style hub, spokes and related hardware and a cassette lock ring tool to install your sprocket. If your wheel is 27.5 you will need to upgrade to a tire assembly or buy a Hub and have a bike shop lace the rim for you.
Gen 1, Gen 2, and Gen 3 and a limited amount of Gen 4 used Koozer & Shimano hubs. When hubs were put under Load or bounced over obstacles they were prone to breaking. We switched to a ratcheting hub that is much stronger. We do not know of a broken hub since 2024. If you have a Sun Ringle hub, or bought after 2024. If you own a Pack Wheel built before 2024 extra care should be used when negotiating obstacles. DO NOT LET UNIT BOUNCE.
