Revamping the Generation 4 E-Pack Wheel: A Game-Changer for Handlebar Rigidity When we embarked on designing the Generation 4 E-Pack Wheel, we knew it was time to tackle the issue of handlebar rigidity head-on. Over the years, a small percentage of our customers—typically those hauling exceptionally heavy loads—have experienced bending or tweaking of the Gen 3 handlebars. This usually occurred when the unit was dropped from a height or flipped over during loading. While often just a nuisance, sometimes the handlebars bent to the point of needing replacement. Determined to find a solution, we collaborated with our engineers to create a handlebar plate with the perfect balance of rigidity and support. The result? Bars that are incredibly resistant to bending. But that's not all—the new plate also offers a convenient mounting spot for accessories like phone and GPS holders.
