We can process returns and refunds only if the following terms are met:
● The item is returned within 21 days of delivery.
● The item is in its original condition, is not damaged, or missing parts.
● Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above.
● A 15% Restock Fee will be assesed against returned items.
We do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you. Please include your name, address, and email with your return. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to an error on our part, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
Every effort has been made to ensure that the highest quality of components, materials, and craftsmanship goes into every Pack Wheel® cart. In the event something does fail on the Pack Wheel® the following limited warranty applies.
Pack Wheel Products, LLC provides each original purchaser of a Pack Wheel® cart a warranty against defects in materials and quality, as stated below:
Lifetime
Aluminum frame for the lifetime of the original owner (see conditions below)
1 Year
Motor, Battery, Controller, Brake caliper system and Wheel which includes the axle, hub, spokes, and rim (see conditions below)
Conditions:
If there is a product defect during the warranty period, return the product and sales receipt to the address below if you are local. Or, contact us via email or phone if outside of Utah.
Pack Wheel Products, LLC at its option will
(a) correct the defect by product repair without charge for parts and labor, either by Pack Wheel or an authorized bycycle repair shop.
(b) replace the product with one of a similar design. New, reconditioned, repaired or replaced parts and products under warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period. After the initial warranty period, any repair or replacement of the product will require a charge.
This warranty does not cover:
(a) carrying weight over 200 lbs on the Pack Wheel® or more than 50 lbs above the wheel
(b) consumables like tires, tubes, tire liners, brake pads, grips, brake levers, chains, fasteners
(c) damage or failure caused by or attributable to natural disaster, fire, abuse, accident, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, neglect, failure to follow instructions, improper maintenance, or incorrect assembly.
(d) The Pack Wheel® is subject to scratches and dings in the finish and aluminum from impacting rocks and logs. This warranty does not cover cosmetic scratches and marks as a result of normal wear and tear.
(e) The customer acknowledges and agrees that Pack Wheel Products, LLC shall not be responsible for any damages that the customer may incur from delayed shipment, product failure, or product design.
The Pack Wheel® is an aid to help with hauling your gear and big game animal's boned or quartered out meat. Caution and common sense should always be taken in how and where the Pack Wheel® should be used in the backcountry. In no event shall Pack Wheel Products be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages of any kind. This limited warranty is exclusively for the benefit of the original customer and cannot be transferred or assigned.
